Binance Enhances European Presence with New Ireland Office
The world's biggest cryptocurrency trading platform, Binance, is solidifying its commitment to Europe with the establishment of a new office in Ireland. This move signals a significant enhancement of its European presence, despite previously selecting Paris as its European hub. Binance set up a seventh unit in Ireland as it continues to expand its roots in Europe.
Binance Global Sourcing was established last week, adding to the growing list of Binance entities within Ireland. As the world’s largest crypto exchange by trading volume, Binance had started its voyage into Europe quite some time back and now the firm was seen elevating its presence. The world’s largest crypto exchange Binance on Monday expanded further in Europe by establishing another subsidiary in Ireland. Binance now has seven companies in the country, showcasing its deepening investment in the region.
This expansion comes amid ongoing discussions and speculation about Binance's global headquarters. The CEO of crypto brokerage – Changpeng Zhao – reported in October that Ireland was one of the countries considered by the company as a potential headquarters. Crypto exchange Binance is increasing its presence in Ireland amid lingering questions about where the crypto exchange is based. Last month, the Irish Independent reported on Binance's growing footprint in Ireland. This new office reinforces Binance's dedication to the European market and suggests a strategic focus on Ireland for future growth.
