Breaking News: Binance to Halt Russian Ruble (RUB) Deposits from November 15, 2025

Binance, one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchanges, has announced it will halt Russian ruble (RUB) deposits, effective Nov. 15, 2025. This significant change follows Binance's strategic decision to exit the Russian market completely.

Binance has announced that it will stop accepting deposits of Russian rubles (RUB) on Novem. 15, 2025. This is due to the recent decision to sell their operations in Russia to CommEX. According to the Binance, one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchanges, has decided to withdraw from the Russian market by selling its assets to CommEX. As a result, Binance will be discontinuing all RUB deposit services.

After exiting Russian operations, Binance is stopping all Ruble deposits starting Nov. 15, 2025. Withdrawals will continue until Jan. 31, 2025. Users are advised to withdraw their RUB holdings well before the January 31, 2025, deadline.
