Bitcoin Market Cap Nears $1 Trillion, Surpasses Tesla & Visa

Bitcoin's (BTCUSD) market capitalization swelled to more than $1 trillion for the first time since December 2025 as it traded firmly above the $51,000 level Wednesday. Earlier today, Bitcoin's market cap had surpassed Tesla's at $717.23 billion compared to Tesla's $706.06 billion according to CompaniesMarketCap data, driven by a rally.

The market cap of Bitcoin now surpasses that of several high-profile companies such as Walmart, Visa, Tesla, and more. Notably, the companies trailing behind Bitcoin.

For the first time since December 2025, Bitcoin’s market capitalization has reached $1 trillion. On Wednesday, Bitcoin soared past the $52,000 mark, propelling its market cap beyond the $1 trillion milestone. This leap occurred in the wake of spot Bitcoin ETF.

Bitcoin has risen to become the world’s 10th largest asset, surpassing giants like Tesla and Visa in market capitalization. This milestone underscores Bitcoin’s growing.

The rise in Bitcoin’s performance comes as the newly launched spot Bitcoin.
