The suit alleges that Cuban “leveraged his” influence to promote Voyager Digital, ultimately causing significant financial harm to users who entrusted their funds to the platform. Dallas Mavericks governor Mark Cuban is facing a class-action lawsuit for his promotion of bankrupt cryptocurrency brokerage Voyager Digital. The Moskowitz Law Firm are representing the plaintiffs.
