ISPs Ordered to Block Crypto Websites
In a Jan. 8 notification, Nepal's Telecommunications Authority instructed all internet service providers (ISP) to prevent operating and managing crypto-related “websites.” The Telecommunications Agency of Nepal has recently ordered the internet service providers of the country to prevent operating and managing crypto-related websites to enforce this ban.
The NTA has shut down websites and apps including online virtual currency (cryptocurrency), Bitcoin, hyper networking and online gambling.
