Shiba Inu Sees Massive 275% Spike in New Addresses: A Positive Sign?
Is Shiba Inu (SHIB) back in the spotlight? Recent data suggests a surge of interest, with a remarkable 275% spike in new addresses joining the Shiba Inu network. This positive move comes despite market fluctuations and signals potentially renewed confidence in the meme coin.
According to crypto intelligence tracker Santiment, the increase in active Shiba Inu addresses reached levels not seen since June. Santiment, a leading market intelligence platform, informed crypto Twitter about this significant rise in new daily addresses created. On one particularly active day, Santiment highlighted that Shiba Inu recorded a staggering 7,548 new addresses. Data from blockchain analytics platform Santiment reveals that Shiba Inu (SHIB) recorded more than 7,600 new wallet addresses during the peak of the surge.
This surge is coupled with an upward inclination in active addresses, noting an increase of over 81.88%. While the past week might have been challenging, the number of new addresses created shows considerable interest, indicating a possible shift in sentiment.
The steady growth of the Shiba Inu ecosystem, combined with the prevailing narrative around the coin, may be contributing to both the increase in new addresses and the surprisingly positive SHIB price action.
Shiba Inu total addresses, encompassing all addresses ever generated and those still containing SHIB, have reached a new high, now standing at 3.63 million.
