Terms of Use

1. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE

By accessing, using, or participating in the King of Anonymity ("KOA") platform, website, smart contracts, or associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, an individual user or entity ("User", "You", or "Your"), and the decentralized autonomous organization known as King of Anonymity ("KOA", "We", "Us", or "Our").

2. PRIVACY PRIORITY

In alignment with our core mission of preserving user privacy and anonymity:

• KOA collects zero personal data from users
• No transaction metadata is stored outside the immutable blockchain
• We employ no tracking mechanisms, cookies, or analytics tools
• We maintain no user databases or identifiable information repositories

This commitment to zero data collection represents our fundamental value proposition and technical architecture.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a user of our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your private keys, wallet credentials, and any devices used to access KOA
• You will not attempt to circumvent or compromise any security features of the platform
• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You will use KOA only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• You understand the inherent risks associated with cryptocurrency investments, decentralized finance, and blockchain technology
• You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your wallet while connected to our platform

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

When using KOA, you are expressly forbidden from:

• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with our smart contracts
• Using our platform to facilitate illegal activities, money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the KOA network
• Impersonating KOA team members or falsely claiming affiliation with our platform
• Deploying bots, scrapers, or automated systems to interact with the platform without our explicit permission

5. DISCLAIMERS AND RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By using KOA, you explicitly acknowledge and accept that:

• Cryptocurrency investments involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for all investors
• The KOA platform, smart contracts, and all associated services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of our platform
• Smart contract vulnerabilities, despite rigorous auditing, may exist and could potentially result in loss of funds
• Regulatory changes may adversely affect the legality, functionality, or availability of KOA in your jurisdiction
• Market volatility, liquidity risks, and other factors may impact the value of $KOA tokens

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The KOA platform operates under the following intellectual property framework:

• Our smart contracts are open-source and governed by the terms of their respective licenses
• The KOA name, logo, and associated branding elements are the property of the KOA collective
• Website content, visual elements, and design assets are protected by applicable copyright laws
• Community-created content remains the property of its original creators unless explicitly designated otherwise

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without proper authorization.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, under no circumstances shall KOA, its contributors, developers, or affiliated parties be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages
• Loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from inability to access your wallet or funds
• Damages related to any unauthorized access to your wallet or private keys
• Losses resulting from smart contract vulnerabilities or exploits
• Damages arising from regulatory changes, market conditions, or network congestion

By using KOA, you explicitly agree to hold harmless the platform and its associated parties from any claims arising from your use of the service.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, with such changes becoming effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of KOA following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

Material changes to these Terms may be announced through our official communication channels, but we are not obligated to provide individual notifications.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of KOA shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration authority.

You expressly waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to KOA.

10. SEVERABILITY AND SURVIVAL

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole. Such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination of these Terms shall survive, including but not limited to warranty disclaimers, indemnity, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.
